Rental Requirements
An application and a one time credit check fee of $30 per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis after the required one-year minimum.

The manicured grounds and inner courtyard complete with swimming pool and fountain are professionally maintained. The apartments are well built with apartment separation and floor plans similar to those found in a private home. Many apartments are over 1,200 square feet with fireplace, den, wet bar and separate dining area. The living room has a sliding glass door, leading to patio or balcony, which overlooks the inner courtyard.
The amenities include: central heat and air conditioning, electric stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ceiling fans, wall-to-wall carpets and drapes or blinds. The building is equipped with cable and satellite reception.
