Rental Requirements

An application and a one time credit check fee of $30 per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis after the required one-year minimum.

Location & Surroundings

The Magnolia Apartments on Locust Street in Pasadena are convenient units for commutes along the 210 freeway or a quick walk to the Metro Gold Line Lake Avenue station.
