Rental Requirements

An application and a one time credit check fee of $30 per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis after the required one-year minimum.

The apartments are well-designed with large patios and a separation between buildings, which limits traffic and maximizes privacy. There is parking in the carports, a gated pool, cable and satellite access, and a laundry room. The well-maintained grounds feature a beautiful, tranquil fountain.

The amenities include: built-in stove and oven, cabinet space, wall-to-wall carpets, drapes or blinds, central heat/air conditioning, and garbage disposal. The Country Club Apartments are professionally managed by an experienced staff, and every effort is made to achieve a pleasant atmosphere and a neighborly residential environment! $500 Pet Deposit Required (Cats Only)

Location & Surroundings

San Gabriel is a center of California history. The Country Club Apartments are across from the San Gabriel Country Club, but they're also near the San Gabriel Mission with its museum and gift shop. This unique area in the San Gabriel Valley also has gourmet restaurants and unique specialty shops. The apartments are located on San Gabriel Boulevard which allows easy driving north to Huntington Drive and south to the 10 freeway.
