Rental Requirements
An application and a one time credit check fee of $30 per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis after the required one-year minimum.

This apartment is a converted historic mansion built in 1913 for film star Anna Ely. It is a two story Colonial with balustrades which wrap around the top paired, double hung windows on either side of the portico. Two mullioned casement windows are featured on both sides of the French doors. The apartments still retain the old-world look including the spacious entrance hall and staircase. A stately fountain accents the well manicured gardens.
The amenities include: hardwood floors/wall-to-wall carpeting, drapes, high ceilings, large windows and sound proof walls. The grounds are well maintained with garage and ample open parking. The building is equipped with cable and satellite reception. The mansion is professionally managed by an experienced staff, and we strive for a pleasant atmosphere and compatible neighbors!
