Apartment Info & More Amenities

This apartment is a converted historic mansion built in 1913 for film star Anna Ely. It is a two story Colonial with balustrades which wrap around the top paired, double hung windows on either side of the portico. Two mullioned casement windows are featured on both sides of the French doors. The apartments still retain the old-world look including the spacious entrance hall and staircase. A stately fountain accents the well manicured gardens.

The amenities include: hardwood floors/wall-to-wall carpeting, drapes, high ceilings, large windows and sound proof walls. The grounds are well maintained with garage and ample open parking. The building is equipped with cable and satellite reception. The mansion is professionally managed by an experienced staff, and we strive for a pleasant atmosphere and compatible neighbors! $500 Pet Deposit Required (Cats Only)

Location & Surroundings

The mansion of a silent movie star in the middle of Pasadena is home for residents of the Ely House. It has a unique location close to the Pasadena Playhouse District that includes Vroman's bookstore and the Laemelle Theater on Colorado Boulevard while major surface streets allow for easy access to freeways and other cities. The Ely House blends with the historic architecture that was prevalent in turn-of-the-century Pasadena and offers a pleasant alternative to the contemporary urban village complexes.
