Rental Requirements
An application and a one time credit check fee of $30 per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis after the required one-year minimum.

The grounds and building are well maintained and we have a new roof and recently painted exterior. There are garages, laundry room with washers, dryer and laundry lines. The one-story bungalow units provide additional privacy.
The amenities include: hardwood floors/wall-to-wall carpeting, drapes, stove, kitchenette, front and back door entrance, and wall air conditioner. The building is professionally managed by an experienced staff, and they strive for a pleasant atmosphere and compatible neighbors! $500 Pet Deposit Required (Cats Only)

Take an early morning walk or evening stroll in the Pasadena 91107 neighborhood where the blank apartments are located. They're close to San Gabriel Boulevard giving residents easy access to Colorado Blvd to the north or Huntington Boulevard to the south. Major stores like Bed Bath and Beyond and the Goldline metro station at Madre Street are within a few minutes drive. Local top rated motels are close by, too.
