Rental Requirements
An application and a one time credit check fee of $30 per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis after the required one-year minimum.

The apartments are well built with ample apartment separation, and picture windows. The grounds, complete with a tranquil fountain, are well maintained. Parking is covered, and there is a laundry room with washers and dryers, as well as individual laundry machine hook-ups.
The amenities include: hardwood floors/wall-to-wall carpeting, drapes, stove, air conditioning, central heat, garbage disposal, linen closet, ample storage closets and separate dining room. The building is equipped with cable and satellite reception.
