The Jasmine apartments offers single, one, and two bedroom floor plans and were built with your convenience in mind. There is laundry facility with washers and dryers and covered parking with storage. The building is equipped with cable reception. Each unit has a bright living room and open dining room area. Hardwood floors/wall-to-wall carpeting, air conditioner, ceiling fans, and vertical blinds. The kitchen has been upgraded with beautiful granite counter tops, wood cabinets, garbage disposal, and is equipped with a hood range and stove/oven. The spacious bedrooms have large closet mirror doors and large linen closets in the hallway.
A one time application fee of $30 (cash only) per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis after the required one-year minimum.
