Sierra Madre is a small suburban city on the edge of Angeles National Forest, about five miles east of Pasadena on Interstate 210. The city’s pride and joy is its record-breaking wisteria vine, a massive one-acre flowering plant on the 500 block of North Hermosa Avenue that has been named one of the seven horticultural wonders of the world. The 4th of July, Christmas parade and the annual Wisteria Festival in the springtime is one of the community’s most popular events.

Rental Requirements

A  one application fee of $30 (cash only) per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis after the required one-year minimum.
